How it all began – our idea of the perfect board game

We’ve always believed that the best board games don’t just play well — they feel alive. The more a game can be visual, tactile, and immersive, the easier it is to step into a role: a farmer building a home, a survivor fighting for one more day, or a crew chasing treasure on the open sea.
Life moves fast. Screens are everywhere. And that’s exactly why sitting down at a table with friends or family matters so much. A great board game is more than entertainment — it’s quality time, shared stories, and memories that stick.
So we started with a simple thought:
What if the pieces were as beautiful as the world in our imagination?
Because when miniatures truly match the atmosphere of a game, everything becomes more intense, more emotional — and simply more fun.
Growing a single idea into something real

It started small: one prototype, one miniature, one late night. Then another. And another.
The early days weren’t glamorous. We made mistakes. Prints failed. Materials warped. Paint tests looked terrible. Some designs took weeks just to become “almost right.” There were moments when it felt easier to stop — when time, cost, and doubt all piled up at once.
But then something happened: people started seeing the pieces and asking for more.
That was the turning point. Not because we suddenly felt like a “business,” but because we realized this effort could genuinely upgrade the experience for players who love the hobby as much as we do.
What kept us going wasn’t perfection — it was the idea that a small detail on the table can make someone’s game night feel special.
The future of BoardGameSet – built with heart

Today, we still work with the same mindset: make board games more memorable.
We want to keep creating unique additions that fit seamlessly into great games — upgrades that feel like they’ve always belonged there. We’re constantly improving our process, learning new techniques, and pushing quality higher, even when it takes longer than we’d like.
Because we’re not here to mass-produce “stuff.”
We’re here to craft pieces that carry feeling — the kind you notice the moment you open the box.
And as long as people keep gathering around tables, laughing, competing, and telling stories together… we’ll keep building.
